Well...I must say...October 30, 2010, I was Inspired, Moved and Elated for ALL I experienced!
"What Can One Woman Do? When Jesus Bids..COME"...
There is a woman by the name of Janet Broling...and one day...This is what she did...She answered the Call, the Call to Serve and Bring Forth Something that was bigger than her! As she states in her book: "What Can One Woman Do? When Jesus Bids, Come to the Garden", "a vision flashed through my mind as I knelt in prayer about 3:00 am on Sunday Morning, August 20, 1995. I saw a Large assembly of believers, in a joyful, peace-filled atmosphere of indescribable glory."
Although I write this just about a month later...I can't seem to get away from the thought, When Jesus Bids...Requires anything of you, JUST DO IT! Throw away the fear and ambivalence and step out on the Faith God has given and nurtured in you! You are more than a conqueror! Be strong and courageous! Don't be afraid of how Small or how Large the Assignment is, He...The HOLY ONE, has anointed you to WIN and He has Anointed you for GREATNESS! Write the Vision and Make it Plain...So that who ever you enlist to help you, when they read it, may run with it {Habakkuk 2:2}.
My Prayer for you is that you develop the skills to be still and silent! So silent, that you may hear the voice of God to receive the instructions you need, to fulfill what He has designed for you! Stay encouraged...You Can Do It! Keep God First and You CAN'T Lose!
So birthed the Woman's Prayer Summit!
The Summit was AWESOME to say the least...Women of all nationalities and traditions brought together by ONE common denominator...PRAYER...As women, we all go through so many different challenges and situations but one thing is for sure, prayer (in one way shape or form) is a part of our lives!
