Well...I must say...October 30, 2010, I was Inspired, Moved and Elated for ALL I experienced!

"What Can One Woman Do?  When Jesus Bids..COME"...

There is a woman by the name of Janet Broling...and one day...This is what she did...She answered the Call, the Call to Serve and Bring Forth Something that was bigger than her!  As she states in her book: "What Can One Woman Do? When Jesus Bids, Come to the Garden", "a vision flashed through my mind as I knelt in prayer about 3:00 am on Sunday Morning, August 20, 1995.  I saw a Large assembly of believers, in a joyful, peace-filled atmosphere of indescribable glory."

So birthed the Woman's Prayer Summit! 

The Summit was AWESOME to say the least...Women of all nationalities and traditions brought together by ONE common denominator...PRAYER...As women, we all go through so many different challenges and situations but one thing is for sure, prayer (in one way shape or form) is a part of our lives!  

Although I write this just about a month later...I can't seem to get away from the thought, When Jesus Bids...Requires anything of you, JUST DO IT!  Throw away the fear and ambivalence and step out on the Faith God has given and nurtured in you!  You are more than a conqueror! Be strong and courageous!  Don't be afraid of how Small or how Large the Assignment is, He...The HOLY ONE, has anointed you to WIN and He has Anointed you for GREATNESS!  Write the Vision and Make it Plain...So that who ever you enlist to help you, when they read it, may run with it {Habakkuk 2:2}.


My Prayer for you is that you develop the skills to be still and silent!  So silent, that you may hear the voice of God to receive the instructions you need, to fulfill what He has designed for you!  Stay encouraged...You Can Do It!  Keep God First and You CAN'T Lose!

Sometimes we feel Inadequate, Sometimes we feel Under-Appreciated, Sometimes Unloved, Sometimes we just feel Exhausted!  We may even feel Burned out....But the Spirit of the Lord Will ALWAYS lift up a Standard {Isaiah 59:19}!  May the Lord Strengthen you, Comfort you and Settle you!  Your Father in Heaven said He SHALL Supply ALL your NEED According to His Riches in Glory by Christ Jesus {Philip 4:19}.  That means once He's finished with 1 NEED, He moves onto the next NEED...So REST in Him and know He's ALREADY on the Job.

A Kept Woman

I am a "Kept" Woman

You see, there were a few times when I thought I would lose my mind,


But GOD "Kept" me sane {Isaiah 26:3}

There were times when I thought I could go on no longer,


But The LORD "Kept" me Moving {Gen 28:15}


At times, I've wanted to lash out at those whom I felt had done me wrong,


But the LORD "Kept" my mouth shut {Psalm 13}

Sometimes, I think the money just isn't enough,


But GOD has helped me to "KEEP" the lights on, the water on,


the car paid, the house paid...{Matt 6:25-34}


When I thought I would fall, HE "Kept" me up. {Psalm 116:8}


When I thought I was weak, HE "Kept" me strong! {1 Peter 5:7 & Matt 11:28-30)


I'm blessed to be "Kept"

So who said you can ONLY be a mom?

Average does NOT belong to you!  Just because you are a mom....Stay-at-Home or Employed, who said that's all you are...What are your dreams...What did you dream about before you had kids...Or when you were Younger...Never had dreams, never thought you could be anything other than average!  Well guess what...You are ALREADY more than average...WHY...Because you are a Child of God and You are Fearfully and Wonderfully Made, in the Image of God, He, They Created you...and Everything that was made WAS and STILL is Perfectly Good! {Psalm 139:14, Gen 1:26 & Gen 1:31}

Do you know God...I mean REALLY know Him?  DO you have a personal relationship with Him?  Well I tell you what...He created you...Whether you believe in Him or Not!  The sooner you accept Him, the sooner you can begin the process to find out WHY He created YOU and What He Designed YOU to do!

There is GREATNESS inside of YOU!  He created YOU....MOM...Yes YOU as a vessel of CREATION....To Birth Life...NOT only Children...But to Birth & Bring to Life Visions & Dreams...To Manifest Destiny and Promise and Purpose in and for your life! Seek Him, the one who made you! He made you with a space that ONLY HE CAN FILL!  So let Him FILL you...Let Him FILL You with PURPOSE...His Purpose for your life!

Stay Encouraged and Settle no more for a life of Average...Leave a legacy of GREATNESS behind for your children to FOLLOW!  You CAN do it....Just Lean on the one who will do it FOR You, THROUGH You!

HOW TO DRAW CLOSER TO GOD...

Scriptures for maintaining an intimate relationship with God through Adversity

"{8} Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye doubleminded." - {Jam 4:8 ASV}

In the middle of your adversity/test, brainwash yourself to Praise God for the Victory.  Do you remember studying for a test repeatedly reciting aloud what you needed to memorize?  It's the same thing when we're tested.  In adversity God wants to speak to us, but the devil tries to block us from hearing from God.  It's so important to tune the devil out and Praise God, read the bible and wait to hear for direction or a sign from Him: "{21} the people which I formed for myself, that they might set forth my praise." - {Isa 43:21 ASV}

"{15} Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise--the fruit of lips that confess his name." - {Hbr 13:15 NIV}

"{5} Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; {6} in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." - {Pro 3:5-6 NIV}

"{1} Since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God." - {2Cr 7:1 NIV}

YE MUST BE BORN AGAIN

"{3} Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. {4} Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? {5} Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and [of] the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God." - {Jhn 3:3-5 KJV}

He misunderstood Jesus because he was thinking using human logic.  With our physical birth we inherit a carnal and sinful nature because of the sin of Adam and Eve. 

"{23} For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" - {Rom 3:23 KJV}

   

With the Salvation Prayer - God's free gift, he promises to forgive all our sins, cleanse us of all unrighteousness and grant us eternal life in Heaven through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

PRAYER OF SALVATION 

Pray " Lord Jesus, forgive me of all of my sins.  I know you died on the cross for me.  I repent of my sins and accept you as my Lord and Savior.  I turn my back on sin and I want to follow you for the rest of my life.  Please give me eternal life, In Jesus name.  Amen."

Find a church to attend that offers devotional classes, start reading the Bible, get baptized, learn about tithing and helping others.  God will open new doors for you.  Eternal Life - IT'S FREE!

How to Live your Life with Purpose and Meaning...

{Hbr 13:15-16 NIV} - "{15} Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise--the fruit of lips that confess his name. {16} And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased."

Some Nuggets for YOUR Purpose

 God Made you WHOLE, RESOURCEFUL and COMPLETE {Allison Byrd}

If {BLANK} Happened TO you, then WHAT is SUPPOSED to happen THROUGH you?  

If {PAIN} happened to you, will you ALLOW {LOVE, POWER & STABILITY} to happen or move THROUGH you {Allison Byrd}.

Just because you are PURPOSED to do something, DOESN'T mean you are PERFECT {Allison Byrd}

BREAKING the spirit of AVERAGE is not EASY but it's NECESSARY {Mie~}

Good Day Men and Women of Purpose,

Keeping in line with my NEW prayer to God-"Lord help me keep all things in Perspective"...Although we are not perfect, although we have our share of tests, trials and tribulations, God has given us all we NEED, to do ALL He has CREATED us to do!  

God has made you WHOLE, in and through HIM, through Faith:

{Mar 6:56 KJV} - "And whithersoever he entered, into villages, or cities, or country, they laid the sick in the streets, and besought him that they might touch if it were but the border of his garment: and as many as touched him were made WHOLE."

As we have Direct access to Jesus Christ...We touch Him, His Garment and His Heart through our Faith, Our Prayers and our Relationship with Him thus making us "Perfectly Whole": {Mat 14:36 KJV} - "And besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were made PERFECTLY WHOLE."

{2Cr 5:17 KJV} - "Therefore if any man [be] in Christ, [HE IS] a NEW creature: old things are passed away; behold, ALL THINGS are become NEW."

God has also made you RESOURCEFUL:

{Jhn 14:26 KJV} - "But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall TEACH YOU all things, and BRING ALL THINGS to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you."

God has also made you COMPLETE:

{Col 2:10 KJV} - "And ye are COMPLETE in him, which is the head of all principality and power:"

Stay Encouraged and know that if you are feeling unfulfilled, unhappy, uneasy, or disgusted with your life right now...Then it's because you need a make over....But not the make over you are probably thinking of....You need the type of make over that transforms you by the renewing of your mind:

{Rom 12:2 KJV} - "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

Once you tap into and begin and continue to build your RELATIONSHIP with the Lord Jesus Christ....He will REVEAL to you what your GOD-GIVING Purpose is....and then...only then...will you begin to BE truly fulfilled!
